'Urban Empress' is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition in the shortest time, we partner only with reputed couriers. In case there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via government registered Book-posts or Speed-posts.

Shipping Time

• Orders are dispatched within 2 working days from the day of placing order.

​

• Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Our courier partners will be able to deliver your shipment to you between Monday and Saturday from 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

​

• Note: While we make every effort to get you your merchandise on time, on a rare occasion, it may get delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners, bad weather conditions, strikes etc. However, we will ensure that we keep you in the loop.

 

Shipping Address

• Delivery of all the orders will be duly done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

 

• We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

• We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

Shipping Charge

• Shipping charge is specified for every product. For multiple products the shipping charge will add up individual charges to give a grand total. Thus, a customer who orders 3 products will be charged the total of all individual shipping charges associated with each product.

Tracking number

• As soon as your package ships, we will e-mail you, your package tracking information.

 

Back Orders

• Please note that we do not ship backorders. While we aim to fulfil all our commitments, there may be an instance (as an off chance) wherein the product may be out of stock (due to human or technical error), in such a case, we shall promptly inform you within two working days of your purchase, and fully refund your money for that product.

Risk of loss

• All the items purchased from Urban Empress are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Damaged Product

• If you think, you have received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery please refuse to accept the package and return the package to delivery person. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact. Additionally, please write to our customer care on feedback@urbanempress.me or urbanempress@outlook.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
