Cancellation & Refund
We strive to exceed your expectations; however, in an odd case we are unable to live up to it, here is our policy on cancellation, returns and refund:
Cancellation Policy
For outright cancellations by you:

If your product has not been shipped, you can make changes to your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped:

If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Refund Policy

You can drop us an email on urbanempress@outlook.com within 3 days from the date of receipt of the package citing the reason for the return.

Return the package to the following address within 7 days from the date of delivery

On receiving the returned package, we will issue a credit note for the entire amount. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.

Additional Return Criteria

If the returned products have been used, altered or damaged in any way before reaching 'Urban Empress' office, refunds will not be available. The refund will be solely at the discretion of ‘Urban Empress’.

Returns will not be available on custom orders.

Kindly ensure that original packing is used while returning the item.

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery will not qualify for refund.

Damaged Product

If you think, you have received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery please refuse to accept the package and return the package to delivery person.

Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact while returning the product

Additionally, please write to our customer care on feedback@urbanempress.me or urbanempress@outlook.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost, subject to availability or else we will refund the entire amount to you.

P.S. There is nothing we will do to upset you, if you really feel you are dissatisfied with our product, please do call us or write to us and we shall be happy to talk to you and offer a customised solution on case to case basis.
