For shipping outside of India, please drop an e-mail to urbanempress@outlook.com with SKUIDs and product names you are interested in.  We will get back to you with the total amount including the shipping charges based on the weight of your products. Also, we will send you a payment request through which you can pay. You can use VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB cards for payment.

Most orders to United States and UK are delivered within a week. The order will be shipped within 48 hours (2 working days) of receiving the payment. We ship through Fedex, India Post, Speed Post or any other reputed logistics partner based on the country to which it needs to be delivered.
